Motivation isn’t magic—it’s brain chemistry. Dopamine, your brain’s “reward” chemical, doesn’t just spike after you finish something—it’s also what gets you started. But here’s the catch: waiting to feel motivated? That’s a trap. Action creates motivation, not the other way around.
