Step 3: Catch It in Real Time

  • Just notice. No fixing. No judgment.

Step 4: Lazy-Girl Action

  • Move from bed → chair
  • Swap doom-scroll → doodle
  • Sit up, take a breath
  • Say aloud: “Not today, babe.”
